Voting keypads – For in person attendees

Any of the keypads in the Reply Interact range are suitable for CouncilARS in-person voting. In the LCD display of the keypad, the user can always see confirmation of their vote and what vote they have entered (e.g. “Y” for Yes, “N” for No or “A” for Abstain).

In CouncilARS™ the results of the vote are displayed either secretly or openly immediately following the close of the vote.

REPLY® BYOPAD™

Virtual voting device for smartphones or other smart devices.

The Reply® Byopad™ (Bring Your Own Pad) represents a virtual Reply® Interact Keypad on the screen of a smart device, so that the smart device looks exactly like a real keypad.

As with a real keypad, the participant simply clicks on the number of the answer option he/she has chosen and then clicks on the OK button to submit his/her vote (picture on the left).

Alternatively, by selecting the Yes/No/Abstain mode, the buttons are labelled and colour-coded to facilitate and clarify the yes/no/abstain vote (picture on the right).

REPLY® BYOPAD™ Live Display Mode

The Reply® BYOPAD™ displays the questions and options for the participants directly on their smart device in live display mode. The participant simply clicks on the answer option they have chosen and then clicks on the Submit button to submit their vote.
