Yes, every keypad and base station purchased from Crowd Insight is covered by a two year warranty. If anything stops working and you don’t know why, send it back to us. We’ll either repair it or send you a new one.
You can add polling slides to any existing presentation. You can even use your PPT template, so your polling slides blend in with all your other slides. Our polling software is a PowerPoint add-in, so you can format your voting slides with the colours and fonts of your choice.
Don’t risk using any internet reliant app when Wi-Fi at your venue is poor. It won’t reflect well on you or your event if it goes wrong. Our keypad systems are very popular alternative to apps because they don’t need Wi-Fi. They use their own radio signal, a bit like a roving microphone.
